# Image Specs

The websites are largely based off aspect ratios instead of pixels, so we recommend uploading high-res images with a center focal point. 

This allows the image to be responsive to page resize and achieves optimal layout for the current viewport size.  The majority of the images around the site are cropped to a 4:3 or 16x9 aspect ratio.  So, anything with a high resolution cropped to a center focal point will work well.
