Pausing

Many items within EmailX can be paused to temporarily prevent delivery

Can I pause a Line Item?

Yep! You will find the Pause toggle on the Line Item Edit screen. When toggled on, this line item will not be served, regardless of any other eligibility. The line item's status will change to Paused.

Can I pause an Ad?

Sure can! You will find the Pause toggle on the Ad Edit screen. When toggled on, this ad will not be served, regardless of any other eligibility. The ad's status will change to Paused. If this was the only active ad for a line item, the line item's status will change to Incomplete.

Can I pause...?
