3.2.2 Field Description/Purpose

• Titles, Decks, and Teasers

  • Title: Main headline

  • Deck: Optional supporting headline or introduction

  • Teaser: Short summary used in listings and newsletters

Inline formatting (bold, underline, etc) is supported in the above fields

• Authors, Byline, and Company

  • Authors must exist as People records

    • Multiple authors, contributors, and photographers are supported

  • Byline allows free-form attribution when needed

  • Company identifies content ownership or brand alignment

• Body Editor (CKEditor)

  • The body editor supports:

    • Headings, lists, tables

      • Pull quotes, drop caps, footnotes

      • Embedded media via share links

      • The body field can be expanded for long-form editing using the Enter Expanded Mode option in the WYSIWYG icon bar

        • Note: When moving to/from expanded mode, the body field will autosave the most recent version.

    • Callouts

      • Callouts are supplemental content blocks used for related information or promotions

      • Display at the bottom of articles by default

    • HTML

      • Dedicated HTML field for forms, iframes, and embeds

      • HTML is sandboxed to protect site integrity
