Category Coverage

A Category can be assigned in Base on the content-level under "Taxonomy". The Category Coverage portion of the Engagement report is a reflection of what Categories have been assigned to the company's content, and what categories the Similar Company's content use.

Using the above example, all of this Company's related content appeared on a Category called "EMS". Their competitor's related content is tagged with a variety of Categories.

Categories can be added/removed from the content in Base, but the list of available categories to choose from is not managed through Base. To modify this list, or add a new Category type, please speak with your Base CMS representative.
