Contributor Work-For-Hire

The "Contributor Work-For-Hire" contract is a very "what-you-see-is-what-you-get" contract. Meaning, there isn't any variation with the way the contract appears, besides three of the fields at the top of the contract. The rest will simply pull the info entered on the left.

Restriction(s), Draft Due Date, and Fee will only display at the top of the contract will only display if the corresponding fields on the left-hand-side are not left blank.
