Access the list of available newsletters by going to https://manage.domain.com and selecting the "Email Campaigns" button on the left-hand side of the screen:
Then, select the newsletter you wish to edit from the list that pops up, which will bring you to a page that looks like the one below. Click on the "Configure Template" link on the left:
The name of the newsletter can be modified. This is how it will appear in Base, as well as on the list of newsletters from https://email.domain.com. This will not change the alias of the newsletter.
These fields are how Base knows where to send the newsletter when deploying campaigns. They should not be updated lightly, as incorrect information will affect your ability to deploy the newsletter.
There are three main styles/templates of headers that the newsletters use, all of which can be modified by selecting the dropdown labeled "Header Image Template"
This template allows you to upload an image on the left-hand side of the page. You have the option to set the background color of what displays on the right-side of the page, the color of the date that appears, and the color/style of the social media icons (as well as where they link off to).
This speaks for itself. It will not display social icons or a date, and the header background color becomes irrelevant. It is simply two images side-by-side, the left image being 320px wide, 100px tall, and the right being 310px wide, 100px tall. On mobile, the right image will disappear, so only the left image will display.
This option takes whatever image is uploaded on the left, and stretches or shrinks it to fit 630px wide. There is no height restriction, so that will be set automatically based on the aspect ratio of the image that's uploaded. Like the "Two Images" template, the background color, date, and social media icons become irrelevant with this option.
Any further modifications to the newsletter templates will need to be approved and sent to Base Support for implementation. Documentation on block structure and customization options can be found here.
