Access the list of available newsletters by going to https://manage.domain.com and selecting the "Email Campaigns" button on the left-hand side of the screen:
Then, select the newsletter you wish to edit from the list that pops up, which will bring you to a page that looks like the one below. Click on the "Configure Template" link on the left:
The name of the newsletter can be modified. This is how it will appear in Base, as well as on the list of newsletters from https://newsletters.domain.com. This will not change alias of the newsletter.
There are three main styles/templates of headers that the newsletters use, all of which can be modified by selecting the dropdown labeled "Header Image Template"
The width of the images will vary between 350px and 700px, but the height will adjust automatically based on the aspect ratio of the uploaded images. Therefore, there is no height restriction on the header images.
This template allows you to upload an image on the left-hand side of the page. You have the option to set the background color of what displays on the right-side of the page, the color of the date that appears, and the color/style of the social media icons (as well as where they link off to).
This is the only header style that allows social media icons to display. Otherwise, the social media icons will display in the footer.
This speaks for itself. It will not display social icons, and the header background color becomes irrelevant. It is simply two images side-by-side at 350px wide each.
This option takes whatever image is uploaded on the left, and stretches or shrinks it to fit 700px wide. There is no height restriction, so that will be set automatically based on the aspect ratio of the image that's uploaded. Like the "Two Images" template, the background color becomes irrelevant with this option.
The social media links will appear in the footer, but they may also appear in the header when using the "Image Left 350px" template.
There are several different styles to choose from, along with up to six total social media links to add.
The Icon styles can be selected with the dropdown.
If "None" is selected, then none will appear, even if there are URLs entered in the social media fields.
Any further modifications to the newsletter templates will need to be approved and sent to support@parameter1.com for implementation.
