Login to Wufoo and Select "Create a Form", choose from either a new template or existing template (If there's an option).
Add any fields you'd like the form to include. When you finish creating the form, you'll want to decide how the user receives the gated document.
You can have them redirected straight to the document (more on that shortly), or you can have it sent to them via email. For instructions on sending it to them by email, see WuFoo's documentation: https://www.wufoo.com/guides/how-to-send-a-file-after-a-form-is-submitted/
Click on "Share Form" in the bottom-right:
It'll take you to a page with lots of different sharing options, but you really only need to grab the ID at the end of the URL here (no slashes):
When you get that form ID, you'll hop over to Base, where you'll create the new piece of content (Whitepaper or Document).
On the left-hand side you'll check the box for "Survey/Form Gating". Select Wufoo from the list of Providers and enter the ID/Survey Identifier.
Hosting the file through us is handy for the WuFoo side of things, since you can have the user redirected to that URL upon form submission. Here's an example:
When a file is uploaded, you'll see a URL appear here:
You'll take that URL and add it to the Confirmation section of WuFoo:
That way, when the user fills out the form, they'll automatically be directed to that file.
1. Create the form in WuFoo 2. Create the Document or Whitepaper in Base 3. Upload the file to the content in Base 4. Paste the WuFoo form ID in Base under "Access Control" 5. Publish/schedule the content accordingly
